The MPL concept consists in prefabricated laboratory modules having their own structure. These modules are studied to be assembled togeheter outdoors or indoors according client's needs. ALBIAN's solution represents a real clean rooms facilities. Beside the clean areas there are as well technical modules dedicated to the HAVC including all the necessary perpheries.
Even tough the MPL is a mobile clean room, this concept aswers to the same requirement level than advanced "real estate" controlled areas. The MPL includes all ALBIAN's knowledge, and represents the entire infrastructure of a modern laboratory unit. The cables (electricity, telephone, computer lines, power, etc...) are integrated accordingly inside the walls.
The MPL modules are equiped with all necessary air intake, piping and Air Handling Unit associated equipment. The HVAC system is located in a dedicated MPL module.

The walls consist of free-standing panels with surface coverings that are suitable for making sterile environments and contamination controlled environments. The covering is chosen based on the activity that is carried out inside the clean room (please contact us regarding the list of vailable surface coverings for the walls).
