The Doors
The doors are free-standing and supplied as a compact frame/door block. The doors are ready to be inserted into the partitions, or via profile fittings attached to site walls.
The frame is built with extruded aluminum profiling, with very resistant 6063 alloy, which is white lacquered. It is attached to the floor and to the panel/partition, offering good sturdiness.The frame and door set has no visible fasteners, except for those needed for the lock, in order to make it easier to maintain.
The leaves of the doors are sandwich panel, consisting of two 3 mm phenolic resin sheets, for greater impact resistance than the panels. The core of the leaves is insulation made of EPS, PUR, PIR,WR, etc. depending on client's needs.
Partition Walls
The set of free-standing partitions is made up of monolithic panels with different thicknesses . They are assembled together with hidden aluminum profiles, easily dismantled, and are manufactured from sandwich panels. The external finishing has a smooth surface.

False Ceiling
The ceiling to be installed can be continuous without visible profiling, or modular with visible profiling.
Longitudinal joining: without visible profiles, modulation of 1,200 mm.
Cross joining: This can be avoided by using panels of one single piece, if there is an elevation diagram and if the panels can feasibly enter the rooms.
Support: Depending on the light between supports and on the load. Steel cable tensioners are installed in the upper part.
Walk-on: ALBIAN proposes the option of a walk-on ceiling—both the modular type and the continuous type—to make maintenance work easier in the facilities, electricity, air conditioning , fluids, etc...
Smooth surfaces: The panel does not have any type of ribbing or edges on the side that is exposed to the clean area. On the side of the false ceiling, it may be ribbed depending on the traffic needs and on the number of facilities.The meeting point with the vertical enclosures will be made with a curved profile for- ming a scotia with a 50 mm radius In PvC or aluminum.
Tightness: All the ceiling gaskets, including those of all the facilities included in it, are properly sealed with elastic fungicidal material that is specifically for Cleam Rooms.
